Amazing Experience
I attempted to purchase a linear fireplace at a local store. They could not deliver it for three or four months!! I needed it much sooner in order to complete our home project. I search the internet and took a chance. I called HEARTHSIDE. I spoke with Joe Cox. He had the exact fireplace that I wanted & could deliver it in less than a week! I truly felt like I was talking to my dad! He was so kind, knew his product, answered my questions & made sure that I understood his explanations! Thank you, Joe!
After delivery, I had questions about installation. I e-mailed him & he called me the next morning, even agreeing to discuss questions with my contractor! I LOVE my new fireplace and so easily purchased it because of Joe's service. I highly reccomend this company if you need a fireplace or grill! Katie. St. Louis, Mo.
